Polling Failure

I tried to vote 4 times in the "Poll: In which group of countries do you live in?" thread in the "Introductions and Personal Notes" subforum. Each time I selected USA; and each time after I pushed the "Vote" button, it gave me an error saying that I had not selected anything.

It took me three tries in the "What do you read poll". This has personally never happened before. I was posting from dialup - would that have something do with it?

also, jrs: could you try voting in that "countires" poll again and tell me if you get the same result?

I went back to the countries poll and voted for USA.

Now as you see it does not display the results for USA.

No idea what could have caused the first choice to disappear. I suspect it must be something about the new version of the software. Hopefully, it is something about that specific poll/choice.

As a precautionary 'back-up', I've created a current extract of the current summary-results of all the forum polls.

Apparently, the author edited the poll between your opening the thread and voting, and you were trying to vote for a non-exististent value.
