I found the following quote in a revision section of the Level 100 university Linear Mathematics paper I am currently doing: "The last row corresponds to the equation 0x + 0y = −2 which has no solutions. The system of equations cannot be solved and so is inconsistent." Yeah, I don't think you need to point that out, study notes.
