nochrieaz
What to say about this piece? The New York Times said that it made too big of a deal out of September 11th.
Tenure
I'm going to have to think about it.
PKD
I think he didn't know it was an inside job or he'd have painted zionists sticking dynamite into the rears of those two guys. -PKD
Zip
Who painted it? I'd like to learn what he thought he was portraying, partly because I don't understand it and partly to clarify the things I do understand. Like why are children (usually a portrayal of innocence) the ones with the planes? What are the three women for and why are two of them handcuffed. What the hell does the old man and the other woman have to do with it all? Who is the swarthy guy and why is he lying down and not blindfolded? Zip
Never mind. Found it... http://www.helium.com/items/472999-art-int...-graydon-parris For what it is worth I agree with the author of this commentary, having blindfolded children carry the jets indicates some sort of innocence on the part of the terrorists which is a crock. At best the painter misses the mark completely (there is no feeling in the painting) at worst he is an apologist for the murderous scumbags that perpetrated the terror.
