TheEgoist
Except the Wet Nurse was in charge of the destruction of Rearden Metal, which cannot be compared in anyway to GM anymore.
Zip
he has emerged as one of the most influential voices in what may become President Obama’s biggest experiment yet in federal economic intervention. With words like 'influential voices' and 'experiment' coupled with economic intervention what could possibly go wrong? And people say Atlas Shrugged was a flight of fancy that could "never happen". Bring on the economic apocalypse. I'm ready.
rebelconservative
And people say Atlas Shrugged was a flight of fancy that could "never happen". at times it feels like we are witnessing the final stage of an epic battle between "1984," "Atlas Shrugged" and "Brave New World" for the title of "The Most Prescient Work of Fiction of the 20th Century"
gags
We have a large group of professionals at my firm who provide services to the auto industry. They report that at both GM and Chrysler, supplier invoices are being approved by young political appointees who don't know the first thing about this industry. If this exercise in insanity turns out well, it will be a miracle.
