Congress Accomplishes Nothing!

When people get together to talk politics these days, they immediately make a "U turn". Why? Because of our uncontrollable, inept, screeching, screaming, twisting, unintelligible, unpredictable, irrational, self-programed, neurotic and immature men and women we sent to Washington to represent us. Was that a mistake? What do you think?

When a supposed intelligent politically elected representative cannot tell the difference between clear and precise linear thinking and how to order a hamburger own their own, something is seriously wrong in D.C. As incomprehensible as this may seem, try asking your local legislator to go out and find you one. You would be astonished-that is if you could find them again.

So what exactly am I getting at? It is this. With all the day by day back-and-forth bickering that goes on in Congress, its like intentionally beaning a batter and beaning the next one and the next one, so on and so forth. And, my friends, no one ever won a ball game pitching like that.

Thank God, we have a few who value rational, objective, down-in-the-dirt, fact finding philosophy to strengthen the rest of the country out or else we would all go mad!

[Edit] Welcome to OO. [/Edit]

Until you identified the "men and women we sent to Washington to represent us", the lead-in came across as an extension of the "U-turn" crowd. Do you recall if that was intentional?
