DavidV
I have no problem with links in signatures, but I object to using them as ads for other sites. Therefore, please limit the number of links in your signature to two, and don't format them with large font sizes and white space. I will edit any signatures that violate this policy. Edit: Changed to two links. Edited February 19, 2005 by GreedyCapitalist

DavidV
OK, I am rescinding this rule. As long as your signature is not visually or spatially distracting, you can have whatever links you want. If you have a dozen quotes in your signature however, just pick your favorite(s) and submit the others to the website’s database. In fact, I would encourage others to have a signature similar to my own, which includes links to your profiles on other sites. Note how all the links take up a single line. Here is the source for my signature: <P><FONT face="Arial Black" size=3>David Leo Veksler</FONT> My Blog | Buy my shirts! | Flickr | Digg | Slashdot | Facebook | My Photos | Favorite Art | Industry need not wish.-- Benjamin Franklin</P>
