Nothing by Rand at least. ITOE is probably best. There isn't a lot to say about metaphysics specifically in Objectivism besides the three axioms, the consideration of entities-units-existents, and how essences are epistemological rather than metaphysical. Those are all in ITOE.

 

The metaphysical vs. the man-made distinction is in Philosophy: Who Needs It.

 

There's always Objectivism: The Philosophy of Ayn Rand by Peikoff if you want an overview.

 

Besides those, you'll find her positions regarding metaphysics are spread across a lot of work.
