What is your take on this ?

The workers have no rights to work anywhere else and they are abused. Are we to blame the government for not giving them work visa because they jumped the fence ?

Primarily: blame any American voter who thinks these people should not be allowed to work here.Are we to blame the government for not giving them work visa because they jumped the fence ?
