That was a great post, I completely agree that the DOJ has greatly overstepped it's bounds and is unfairly impacting a company who should be free to charge anything they wish for their products so long as the original publisher has no problem with them doing so. If people are willing to pay for it, then by all means allow them to charge as they wish. They will eventually realize that high prices negatively impact their sales figures and will adapt their prices to fit the figures. If they don't, well I guess they will continue to lose customers. In any case the DOJ should not be sticking its nose where it doesn't belong. Anti-trust laws like this are eroding the freedoms of the American people and are negatively affecting the freedoms of corporations to operate as they see fit, and respond to the feedback of their customers.
