Biography/Intro
I am a well versed individual of 30 yrs. Made quite a few mistakes as a youth and lost opportunities later. Have made something of myself and lost it to others living outside their means. {Gear shift} Im learning russian because its a cool language and of course objectivism effectively originated there and rightly so.

Thx for reading this bio although extremely vauge still says alot....not all good lol

Experience with Objectivism
My experience with objectivism is a lifetime. I found myself one year ago learning about objectivism and ayn rand. This was mind blowing for me! All my faults and mistakes aside it is me.

I have read atlas shrugged and done some research onto ayn rand and objectivisim as a whole. For instance learning that she originally wanted to name it realism I think is relevant to know as it more accurately describes the concept.

Tax bothers me so much. How can I deal with it?
Methodical_evil replied to Peter Morris's topic in Ethics
Thomas jefferson said "The power to tax is the power to destroy" Its gonna happen but until then be tactful on what you get that is taxed, obviously income tax cant be avoided but some other taxes are. Taxes are a fact of life, and just look at other forms of govt where you dont actually get anything at all except if your lucky enough to live off of. Thinking of that is how i deal and now i make alot less than i used to pay out in taxes every 2 weeks before that crash of 08 -
Specific word to replace one common definition of 'selfish'

I just call them "The reason". They are the reason this world has so much trouble, the reason certain people have gotten elected.....twice. They grab what they can impulsively, sometimes aggresively. Our society cannot do this, it is totally agianst the grain. -
If you cant live with the consequences of someone's actions and you still question forgiveness ask yourself "did they disregard other people in their thought process?" If so no forgiveness is required. Without having your neighbor on your radar and think about potential impact, The world as we want it doesnt work.
