I don't know about that one. How can the citizens be responsible for their government, if their government is a dictatorship? They took power by force. Citizens don't just "permit" dictatorships. They can try and revolt, and they should, but they shouldn't be considered responsible.

Did we initiate force by establishing military bases in the Middle East? More specifically, Beirut?
I have another question: Ayn Rand acknowledged that you have a moral right, not necessarily a moral obligation, to use force against dictators. Would that right end at the casualties of the citizens the dictator controls?
