Plastic Surgery - Faking Reality?

how about for aesthetics sake?

for pure vanity?

ive inherited a very german nose and often think about have it straightened and relieved.

but i could be considered reasonably attractive the way i am.

would you consider this wrong?

in one sense you could say, yeah you should be happy with who you are.

but on the other hand something as small as a nose or something can be a huge damper in ones self-esteem.

i personally think its gross in most aspects. most of the time plastic surgery looks so utterly ridiculous...
