West
His works look incredibly familiar. I think I've seen many of his originals in a gallery in San Diego, California.
Superluminal
I hate to burst your bubble on this one Sophia, I know Fabian and his publishing house. He only paints about ten percent of each painting and then has other artists finish the work. I find this practice all to common in the art world, it makes me feel a little ill every time I hear about it. I found the work pleasing to look at until I knew who was painting (or not painting) the work. Now he has fallen into ranks of hack as far as I am concerned. And West, you saw somebody's originals! Who knows who painted them.
Pianoman83
Well setting aside the question of who painted what, I find the works rather interesting. I like the contrasting of light and dark in these paintings. The placement of the figures brings unity and balance to the composition. My only criticisms would be the lacking clarity of line given the use of wider brush strokes, and some of his color choices leave something to be desired.
