I have seen these things myself hanging from the rear end of pickup trucks, and apparently some asshats over in Florida want to ban these for being "obscene." I can just imagine someone going "Yeeehhhawwww I got some dem dhere balls on my big ass muther-fuckin truck! YEAH!" They are really annoying, I mean, they are trying those things to make them feel like they have bigger nads anyways, why do they need to make that even more public by hanging big nads from there truck.
