It has themes which although can be interpreted as religious in nature are wide enough to encompass the general experience of being human ... at first viewing I was not even sure I liked it...

I also love Strauss' Waltzes.

I'd like to include the Impressionistic period in Classical Music composition as a favorite.  It has all those lush textures I love to use in my own music, and I think it displays the sensual side of life well.
