Overall, it was pretty good, though I have already received some criticisms from some people who attended, including my roommate. Dr. Locke had a five minute history of philosophy at the beginning that my roommate and I think was unnecessary and distracted from his main point. And five minutes is never enough for a history of philosophy. But if one ignores that flaw, it was a clear illustration by means of examples of how emotions stem from ideas and what this means in practice.
