Zip
http://www.cbc.ca/canada/story/2009/07/03/...-oas070309.html I am of the belief (after looking into the background on this a little) that this was not a coup in any way, but rather a constitutionally driven expulsion. It's good to see Honduras standing up for itself against collectivism and politically correct nonsense.

This shows what happens when you have a properly working system of checks and balances and explains why most countries have a role for the military in the operation of governance. If our government fell into the hands of a malfeaser, the military would be forbidden by law to act despite the fact that they are sworn to defend the Constitution. Oscar Munoz
http://www.cbc.ca/canada/story/2009/07/03/...-oas070309.html I am of the belief (after looking into the background on this a little) that this was not a coup in any way, but rather a constitutionally driven expulsion. It's good to see Honduras standing up for itself against collectivism and politically correct nonsense. An even semi-rational definition of "coup" makes it obvious that there was no coup. I agree. No government was overthrown. The existing government, its congress and its courts, using their constitution, fired a president for disobeying the law and violating the Constitution.
