Its premise is that a plane goes down somewhere in the south pacific and there are about 50 survivors. They then discover some mysterious facts about the island; ie there is at least one polar bear, there has been a distress call broadcast unanswered for 15 years, and there is some type of large creature roaming the island which no one ever sees. The show has elements of sci-fi in it but I think the far more interesting aspects of the show will be how it deals with how the survivors organize their 'society'; ie like the "Lord of the Flies' or 'Treasure Island'. The show has potential. Allthough I can see it squandering it if gets too corny with the sci-fi plots. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
