Of what significance is it?If you're plugged into a router, which is plugged into a DSL modem, you're slightly more protected than if you are plugged directly into a DSL modem. Of course, if what got you was something from visiting a web-site, then it would have got you anyway. Be sure to turn on Windows update-notifications from Microsoft.
