(Although I cannot see what could justify such a principle in the first place). Just a quick clarification. Are you saying that it's immoral to contradict a principle you hold, regardless of whether the principle is true or false, justified or unjustified? Or are you just saying that you should not contradict that principle, if it turned out to be justified?
