Concerto of Atlantis
I know that this music video isn't exactly new, but I saw it today after a long time. Wow. If Atlas Shrugged was a 4-minute music video, then this would be it. During some parts of it, I couldn't help but think "so this is how Dagny and Rearden would have felt when they rode on the John Galt line for the first time". Watch it if you get the chance. unskinned
Thanks for the rec. The first few notes of "Godzilla" from EricWhitacre.com could introduce the type of music I would like to see for that scene in the movie. Did anybody else hear/notice that? jfortun
This video was directed by Michael Gondry, the director of Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind as well as numerous music videos (including the White Stripes "lego" video). His style tends toward the hyperrealistic and I have always found his work to be creative with a better than average sense-of-life.
