This critique fails miserably becuase they dont attack anything fundamental in Just war theory. The only thing it attacks is the idea that you must get permission of a "proper authority", he sayd that the choice to go to war should be democratic.

Its a good read, and youll also get some really "good" (scary actually)quotes from Saint Augustine.
