ilrein
I know this may be better suited to the Political Philosophy section, so forgive me if this is the case. Nonetheless, I'm currently in an ongoing discussion about Objectivism with a law student and I was wondering if there are any trials which can really be broken down to fundamental Objectivist principles. I'm particularly hoping for a case where someone's Right to Life/Private Property was wronged and the court upheld it, but only to be corrected in Appeals Court (or the Supreme Court). Any suggestions are much appreciated!
