Part 1 is in the February 1969 issue, and part 2 is in the March 1969 issue. Perhaps there are back issues. Or, if you can get an Objectivist CD-ROM with all of Rand's published works, it is likely on the CD also. It is not a Rand (or Peikoff) authored work, so it is not present on the CD.
