Many of them voted for him because of the issues on which he’s right (or better), such as abortion rights, gay marriage, and immigration. So how about insisting on changes for the better in the GOP, rather than cursing people for not wanting to live in an insular, homophobic, repressive theocracy? Or those who agree with Obama's foreign policy, the hard part is telling them apart from those who just don't want a repressive theocracy a la Scudder, so it's easier to just curse them all.
