happiness
Can you give me examples of "values" that, when shared, would be the basis for romantic love? Do values include innate characteristics such as height, beauty, intelligence and musical talent? Also, how do you identify what values you seek in a partner and which ones you have to offer? moralist
Can you give me examples of "values" that, when shared, would be the basis for romantic love? Two examples of shared values could be children, or drugs. Both could be the basis of romantic love even though one is uplifting while the other isn't. Do values include innate characteristics such as height, beauty, intelligence and musical talent? I wouldn't include those as values because they aren't chosen. A moral value implies choice. Also, how do you identify what values you seek in a partner and which ones you have to offer? It's worth seeking values in your partner which inspire you to become a better man.
