DavidV Posted March 22, 2005 Report Share Posted March 22, 2005 (edited) An Austin area web/software development firm is seeking a talented individual who can design and produce beautiful and functional interfaces for websites and web-based applications. Applicant will work closely with developers [that's me] to improve existing interfaces, create new ones, and customize software for clients. The initial work involves a trial project, which does not require working at the office. If the results of the trial are suitable, may hire full-time for local or telecommuting work. Requirements: Three or more years of professional experience designing web sites, applications, and multi-media interfaces. Knowledge of user interface design processes and methodologies Experience designing and producing rich interfaces using CSS, DHTML, and XML Experience designing interface interactivity Proficiency in the tools of the trade (Photoshop 7.x, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, etc.) Familiarity with ASP.Net or similar scripting languages and database-driven websites Must have experience with Dreamweaver, Visual Studio.Net or similar tool.
