Doug Morris Posted May 16 Report Share Posted May 16 It seems pretty clear that neglecting a child's nutritional needs can rise to the level of abuse or neglect, in extreme cases justifying government intervention to protect the rights of the child. What about the child's educational needs? Are we obligated to see that the child learns the three R's? Are we obligated to see that the child learns anything else?
