Groovenstein
Okay, for those interested, I'm going to begin compiling the helpful sources I find pertaining to legal research. I'm going to focus on stuff that's free (for those of us who can't justify the expense of pro research databases, or just plain can't afford it). Web Guide to U.S. Supreme Court Research Federal Legislative History Research How Our [Federal] Laws Are Made (all types of info, from basic to detailed and obscure) Appellate.net (excellent articles about appellate practice generally, and Supreme Court practice specifically) [unless otherwise stated, all edits to this post pertain only to the addition of materials.] Edited April 14, 2006 by Groovenstein
