Papers by Objectivist Law professor Adam Mossoff can be downloaded from SSRN. Some sample titles:

  • Who Cares What Thomas Jefferson Thought about Patents? Reevaluating the Patent 'Privilege' in Historical Context (MSU Legal Studies Research Paper No. 03-21, Cornell Law Review, 2007)
  • The Death of Poletown: The Future of Eminent Domain and Urban Development after County of Wayne v. Hathcock (MSU Legal Studies Research Paper No. 03-02 , Michigan State Law Review, p. 837, 2004)

I figure some folks here might be interested. (HT: ARI's Impact)

This scholar is a wonderful writer. I was able to follow his reasoning with ease and a learned a lot of new stuff about how the concept of rights and privileges have changed over the years.

Thank you for the reference
