Betsy
Ayn Rand wrote "The first precondition of self-esteem is that radiant selfishness of soul which desires the best in all things." That's a very good description of my late husband, Stephen Speicher -- physicist, mathematician, scholar and writer on science, history, philosophy, and the arts, passionate valuer, and Objectivist activist (click here). Stephen desired the best in everything and one of his very favorite things was his Corvette convertible. In accordance with Stephen's wishes, his lovingly cared for and beloved Vette will go to the person who values it the most -- the highest bidder on eBay -- with 10% of the proceeds of the sale donated to the Ayn Rand Institute's Books for Teachers program. This fabulous sports car is now listed on eBay until July 3rd. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...em=180133261507 May the most radiantly selfish bidder win! DragonMaci
Nice car! If only I a) had enough money to bid on it, and I did not live on the other side of the world. I would be happy to bid on it it if I could. Though it would be better if it was blue. Edit = spelling correction.
