Brook on Beck, April 2nd edition.

I have to say that no matter what, Beck ruins the interviews he has with Yaron. The first one Dr. Brook did back in February was very good, because Brook was the one talking. Beck gave him his time. Now every 5 seconds Beck is making some noise, doing some face or interrupting Yaron in mid-sentence. Also, Beck always blames “global corporations” for the problem we’re in until Yaron checks him on that.

And what Beck said right after the end of the segment with Yaron was ridiculous. “There should be one regulation…Morality.” What does that even mean? Could you please qualify that, you moonbat. I mean, Socialists are certainly putting regulations on the market based on their perverted version of morality. In Beck’s world, should all businessmen put God, Country and Family first, which is what he thinks our biggest moral obligations are to?

Brook got a lot of good stuff in this time around, and he didn’t leave Glenn’s out there statements without a rebuke or correction. It was good to see.

I think its simply a value that Brook gets to spread the word, so to speak, through the vast audience Beck has.

Even though most will probably reject it out of hand, hopefully some people are made curious about what Dr. Brook is talking about and look into Ayn Rand and Objectivism.

Oh it’s certainly always a positive when he is on. Beck is just a detraction.

I didn’t check my e-mail in time to know that he was going to be on the show today, so I didn’t get to see it. What did Brook challenge Beck on? I’m glad to hear he is doing this, because he didn’t do it in the previous appearances, probably due to time constraints and wanting to stay on point. That last point has been a problem with Brook appearing in Beck’s show. Beck has this willingness to interrupt and add something to a point Brook is trying to make, something Beck maybe thinks Brook agrees with, and then changes topic. Sometimes Beck waits until Brook is finished making a point to add something. I cannot remember the exact wording, but an example was quite apparent in the last show that Brook was a guest on, and it concerned immigration: Beck brought the topic of regulation up for Brook to speak about, after Brook was done speaking Beck added some comment about immigrants taking jobs, and Brook didn’t respond or rebuke him.

He called Beck on blaming global corporations and greed.

I think it was really a dirty and dishonest move to cut off Brook and then drop a bomb like he did about “moral regulation”.

HERE! HERE! to all of the above.

As far as Beck’s “one regulation…” I think this is mostly the cry of the fed-up.

It is also true that Big Business has a lot for which to answer, mostly, not standing for capitlaism (after first learning what it is) and up to the tyrannists.

I think its simply a value that Brook gets to spread the word, so to speak, through the vast audience Beck has.

Even though most will probably reject it out of hand, hopefully some people are made curious about what Dr. Brook is talking about and look into Ayn Rand and Objectivism.

Agreed!

It’s a good thing.
