Morality is a personal understanding of best practices when dealing with other creatures. Ethics is formalized, usually shared, morality.
Practical Wisdom, incl. ethics, is neither subjective or objective but contingent on priorities. To the extent we share subjective priorities there are objectively better and worse ways to fulfil them.
a) survival is a prerequisite for all meaningful goals
b) truth is a prerequisite for all non-arbitrary goals
c) sustainability is a perquisite for all non-temporary goals
d) reciprocity ( veil of ignorance ) is a prerequisite for civilization
To the extent you value peace and stability and whatever else civilization enables, you must share those priorities in that order of importance as each is also a prerequisite for the ones below it.
These are not absolute but relative truths. To the extent your goal is non-arbitrary it requires truth.
