Hi to everyone here. I am 20 years old, attending a university in CT, USA.
I read “The Fountainhead” when I was 9, had most of it shoot over my head, then bought “Atlas Shrugged” when I was 13 because I liked the cover design. I would say that I had a lot of thoughts and ideas similar to those expressed in “Atlas Shrugged” since as far back as I can recall, but they were incoherent and immature. “Atlas Shrugged” and a re-reading of “The Fountainhead” helped me define myself as a person and moulded my life in ways that I cannot sufficiently express.
I really don’t know why I didn’t sign up here before now, but well, better late than never.
So, again, hello to everyone, and I hope to meet people here with whom I can have interesting talks on Objectivism and perhaps improve my understanding of it.
