As a man living in Russia, I must constantly struggle to find Rand’s writings: so far, I have ever encountered only a handful of them. I am thinking about purchasing them via the Internet, but I don’t know if any Internet store delivers purchases in my area. If you know one, please, tell me. Thank you in advance.
Amazon says they will ship to most places world-wide, with some restrictions. This does not apply to the used items on Amazon, only to items directly from Amazon.

For hard to find items, try The Ayn rand Bookstore ( http://www.aynrandbookstore2.com ) particularly if you’re interested in her lecturesand other recorded material.
Finally, the Ayn Rand Institute offers free downloads of some of Rand’s recordings to registered users (registration is free) According to their site:
