Michaele and Tareq Salahi

I hate these people. Not because they crashed a state dinner, but because they did it just to get on reality TV! They were there rubbing shoulders with some of the most important people in the world, an opportunity most people will never get. But instead of being there to promote a good cause or plug a movement while you have ears of the heads of state – they plug themselves so they can have a shot at being rich and famous for doing nothing. Then they go and post it all on Facebook like a bunch of idiotic Tweens.

I think they are a sad commentary are contemporary American culture.

No, they wanna be rich and famous for doing a reality show. Just because you and I don’t watch them, that doesn’t mean reality shows are nothing.

I only saw the headlines about this (and read this post), so based on only this information, I would say you are describing people who did all the right things, except the part that doesn’t bother you (where they’ve broken the Law). That was wrong. However, going to great lengths (within the Law from now on) to market their reality show is exactly what they should do.

And besides, the only great cause worth promoting is the cause of freedom, and for that, you have no business going to the White House. Those people are deaf and blind to the principles of freedom.
