And even if it were, "the enemy" would be the terrorists, so someone plotting to socialize the US would not be guilty of treason even though they are harming us. I dunno. I listened to the AIG bunus show trial and I would classify congress as a terrorist organization besides the way the government is trying to oppress the financial sector. we could consider it economic terrorism.
