pvtmorriscsa
Let 'em all die in self-induced pestilence, I say. I agree completely. Personally I like to think of it is a form of natural selection in action.
DarkWaters
Let 'em all die in self-induced pestilence, I say. Keep in mind that these are idiotic parents making decisions on whether their infants should be receiving polio vaccinations. The above comment insinuates that these are individuals unwittingly choosing their own fate. It is undeniably criminal for any parent to deny their infants treatment for easily preventable but crippling diseases based on superstition. gags
Rotary International has been working with the WHO for a number of years to iradicate Polio. Rotary has vaccinated more than 1 billion people and until about three years ago, was very close to reaching its goal of eliminating the disease. However, they recently started running into a great deal of resitance in Muslim areas and so Polio has regained some strength in these regions. Unfortunately for those who have no choice in the matter, the reality of Polio is extremely harsh.
