One of my coworkers told me that someone she went to school with recommended she read Ayn Rand, the graphic design philosopher. I laughed.
Miss Rand has been called many things, but I don’t think I’ve ever heard anything this “out there” before. Most graphic designers are in no danger of being called rational by any means. Quite the opposite; most are of the Michael Moore variety leftist who freaks out when their subscription to Adbusters expires.
