I can't know by what standards you would decide what is and what isn't immoral, so I can't tell you what's wrong with it by those standards.
There are rare circumstances where prostitution can be moral Jake Ellison. I don't know if I would still call it "prostitution" though.

If you don't understand why prostitution is immoral
Have you read, We The Living?

Yes, and to emphasize your point, the situation is even more absurd. The government, acting like a mob boss, forces you to give them money at the point of a gun, and then when you try to get it back by using some of it to become a Doctor, they say: "And now you owe us".
The people who live on welfare "owe us" but do they pay us back, NO.

such as jazz,Rand liked tiddlywink music which was mostly light popular music from her day. She also enjoyed Ragtime and Jazz.

Does anybody know what Francisco said after a lady called him heartless because of his money speech?

You should read this book, PKD; http://www.pagebypagebooks.com/Ayn_Rand/Anthem/index.html
Don't worry, it's legal.

Throughout my life I have enjoyed music from the following artists;, Linkin Park, Tamia, Babyface, After 7, All 4 One, Boyz II Men, Creed, Ronnie Dyson, Shai, Joe Cocker, Do Or Die, Jesse Powell, Justin Timberlake, Journey, Tevin Campbell, Mariah Carey, Whitesnake, Whitney Houston, Bone Thugz N Harmony, Twista, Michael Jackson, Evanescence and I enjoyed the Lion King soundtrack, lol. Those are just the artists that I can name off the top of my head, but there are more that I have listened to and enjoyed. If I like the song it doesn't matter to me what genre it is.

It's suppose to allow you to convert any electronic text into an audio book. But it won't work for me, I always get an error. I've been trying to convert an electronic version of one of my text books into an audio book, so I could listen to it while I'm driving, lol.
Can you get it to work for you guys?

They are countries with high tax rates, but they still thrive. All I can think of is that they still allow private property, low tariffs, and they still engage in free trade. Will they ever collapse? Why are they so successful?

I often watch his vlog "penn says" on youtube.
Did you see his newest one... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MqyzDCkHE6s
He says that to get rid of the economic crisis we should have no taxes for a year.

He could have laid out a stronger argument, obviously, but I think that it would have been very difficult in that venue to do so. You simply don't know how much time you are going to get.
He made the point that one man can't think for 300 million people. He has enough trouble making decisions for his own life. Those are strong points, I would say. Granted, it wasn't a philosophical defense of rights, which is very hard to make for anyone on a program like that. I mean, if you want a full philosophical defense of rights then a book is the best source.
True, but you shouldn't start with "I think..." when you want to sound authoritative for a debate. You obviously want to state your point like it is a fact not an opinion.
Also did Larry King not learn anything from Ron Paul back in January?...
This segment was never aired...I wonder why? -
EDIT:I had to take my essay that I wrote down.

Yeah, I would consider reading Introduction To Objectivist Epistemology, VoS, and OPAR to be pretty much required.
Do you think there is an order that they should be read? I would recommend someone to read For The New Intellectual first and foremost.

So I go to my doctor who happens to be russian. I sit there in the waiting room which is full of Russian speaking patients (A russian Doc would attract similar language speaking patients) I'm sittin next to this russian guy and he tries to explain to me how much better Russia was under communism. he actually takes out a pen and paper and shows me "I made 200 a month, rent was 20 a month, bread was .75 etc vacation was a full month rather than two weeks etc. I was incredulous, I mean, like, what on earth did he do with all the rest of his money? its not like he would be allowed to buy a bigger house or start a business with all that extra cash... what do you think?
i
Thanks for asking this question Marty. I'm going to show this to my economics professor. He use to be the Ambassador of Moldova and was born and raised in Russia, but he is very much against communism now.

Fuck.
No, it's not a favorite.
A buddy of mine sent it to me, and I wanted to share it, but I didn't want to make a thread for it so I thought this thread would suffice.

This is random, but I know a guy that was in the gifted program for several years in elementary and middle school, but now that he's grown up some people call him dumb. What usually happens to the gifted children once they get older?

Great. I clicked on that link, and now I have a virus.
Wow, I didn't know, I posted the link forgetting about the rules. I was just in shock seeing Ayn Rand on that site.
EDIT: I just ran a virus scan, and it didn't detect a virus.

Look here people... http://isohunt.com/torrent_details/3153662...ism?tab=summary This is blatant theft. This is the evil form of greed ie. the greed for the unearned. How can we stop this and/or limit the people who steal Ayn Rand's works? Anybody have any suggestions?
