again, rights as you discuss them here, are nothing more than floating abstractions, without any identity in the real world. The real world "defines' rights as I said, the ability to FORCE others to repect some or other aspect that you INSIST that they respect. Babies and animals can't do this, so they have only such rights that an (adequately fearsome) group insists that they have. If the antiabortionists had 10x as many people, and they killed enough abortionists, there'd be very few abortions. That's why they do what they do. They are aware that only physical manifestations of ideas really matter in this world.

yes, that basically IS what i want and definitely all I will pay for. Within a year, I will have a young Asian gal doing exactly that. She will be taught a ton of good stuff, and be lifted out of the gutter, so she is getting a superb deal and I get a gal with no relatives, bs upbringing, etc. Once she gets her citizenship (3 years) I will divorce her and get another just like her. Mutual benefit, costs her nothing that she's not giving away already.

People pay to read the sort of news that appeals to them. If it's the malovalent type, that tells you something about those people. Just like their abuse of alchohol, drugs, tobacco tells you that they don't care a bout their health, and that tells you that they don't care about much else, either. Beware of such people.

The enemy doesn't CARE if you are willing to die for your rights. He's ready, willing and able to kill you by the millions, no problem at all. The problem, for those who would take your "rights' is when/if you are able to make that "taking" so hazardous/expensive that he dare not risk it. Rights come out of the barrel of a gun, basically. Animals have no rights, because they can't fight effectively against humans. Babies only have such rights as adults force other adults to recognize. If you just sit around and philosophize, and do not prepare to defend yourself, you have no rights. Your miliary and police can/will be used against you. History is full of proof of this. Your vote is meaningless if you can't ENFORCE your will on your elected representatives, if need be. Your reps need to know that, or they will, sooner or later, either just let you down vis a vis an invader,(or competing nations) or turn tyrannical themselves. Nothing else has ever occurred in the history of mankind. US citizens only have rights because we killed enough of the British, Indians, Germans, Japanese, etc, to enforce our declaration of those rights. Had we lost those wars, we would have no rights. I hold no brief for the US military. I firmly believe that it should be cut by 90%, along with a 90% cut in gov't and taxes. We do not need a surface Navy, or an international airforce, or ICBMs. 'We do not need to be interfering in other countries' busieness. Our corporations and citizens should take their own chances if they choose to go abroad. That is what all other (non-nuclear) countries' people and corporations do! One nuke missle sub has more firepower than the entire nuke arsenal of France or Britain. See anyone daring to invade even little Isreal? That's cause they have nukes. No country's economy in the world, not even the US, could possibly survive having 3 of their largest cities nuked. Therefore, there aren't 2000 nuke-worthy targets in the rest of the world. So why do we have 20,000 nuke warheads, hmm? Instead of guarding nuke warheads, those soldiers can be put guarding our border! Why are we tolerating the invasion by the US of a million people per year? I don't care if they ARE "peaceful", they are still a huge drain on us. Why not just let the other 5 BILLION people in, too? That many of the world's people would surely love to live here! We say that we can't use nuke reactors for our power, but France does so, without incident. We can guard nuke weapons adequately, but we can't guard nuke power stations? How is that the case, eh? If we get all out power from nukes, and drive our cars,trucks and buses on our plentiful natural gas, we don't need one gallon of foriegn oil. Let the Mideast blow up. Isreal can easily take care of that mess, if we will just stay out of it. As it is, we have guaranteed that the PO's arabs are going to set off a nuke in NYC, because NY is the center of aid for Isreal. We don't need a standing Army. We can sink our surface navy, and cut up all but the National Guard's planes. The NG's can man our borders, if we'll just create a double fence, mine the area between it, have a rifle-tower every 1/4 mile, and roving patrols/barrracks to back up the sentries. Just the Marines would be an adequate size force to do this, no problem. Nobody is going to live within 20 miles of a nuclear ground zero in the US. We know better, the Japanese did not. If you nuke Chi, NYC, and LA, it will cause the $100 bill to become toilet tissue. Nobody will know what their stocks or properties are worth, no one will be making, importing or buying anything. Don't kid yourself about this. Nobody works if they think that their pay will be worthless. They will be busy protecting their goods and their families, not working to put out fires or stop riots/looting! We can have our rights,and not give Big Brother more than 10% of the money he now takes!. We just have to be more aware, and more forceful in our demands upon our gov't, that's all. If you could keep twice as much money as you now make, you'd be fine, and not need gov't "help". Learn to save/invest, you'll be way ahead of socical security "liviing" when you retire. Those who won't save/invest DESERVE to perish, that's all. Just let Natue take its course. Such people need to not be polluting the gene pool.

Suicide is what we will likely all choose, one day, when the pain of old age is just too much. You can be rational and commit suicide, say, if you are being tortured, or you know that you will be, and choose not to give your enemy what he wants.

There are other, more free countries. If they don't like it, let them go elsewhere. Let Big Brother perish from the lack of hosts that he can be a parasite upon. I don't fund my enemy with tax money. Do you?

The poorest guy in the US has all sorts of advantages that even the maharajahs lack in India. He can just stick his thumb out and get a ride, to someplace much better. Often, the driver will feed him along the way, and he can ride in heat or AC as is indicated. The prince has to use a chopper, suffer all that noise, heat, vibration, cause there are no roads leading to where he wants to go. The bum in the US can always get food, all day he can hang out at the library, in AC or heat, as needed, with Net access and all sorts of books to learn from, educated people to talk with, free local phone calls,etc. He can go to shelters for the night, can get free clothing/shoes at GoodWill, etc. He can say he's going abroad, and get all kinds of free immunization shots, just because we don't want him bringing back any contagiion! All sorts of groups and agencies exist to help him, and if he grew up here, he was given a FREE chance at a decent education. If he chooses to be an addict or a drunk, that's on him. There is day labor for anyone who can/will bend his back, and that labor, in a week or so, can easily buy a (useable) car in which he can lock up his stuff, sleep safely, and get in out of the weather. He at least knows that water must be treated to be safe to drink, has access to clean water, soap, paper towels, etc, in public restrooms, with which he can stay clean, even do his laundry (voice of experience here). He will be given deodorant for the asking. TP is free, as is safe,sanitary disposal of his wastes. Contrast that will the horrific conditions in most slums or peasant villas in the 3rd world. They barely have clothing,the know virtually nothing, there is nothing to work with, work on, and nobody you know knows/has anything, either. You don't understand the need for sanitation or safe water, you are full of parasites, sleep with mold, insects fungi, etc all over/around you, everyone is filthy and stinky, there's no toilets, no running water, no heat, no AC, etc. It's unthinkable for us, and unsurvivable, really. The issue is, can/should we do anything about it? I say that only free, voluntary, paid for sterilization of women can ever fix it. Pay the young women a few hundred $ to get a shot that closes off their fallopian tubes. It cost about $200 to administer, and she is out of service only 2 hours. Soon,if you will do this, there will be no more people there than that area's resources can support. Such a sterilization program will be incredibly cheap/effective. When few workers exist, employers have no CHOICE but to pay a decent wage for workers. When the area is not hugely overcrowded, you can have some gardens, small animals, etc. So it's then possible to improve yourselves. You can teach a few kids, but not a million kids, etc. They can be saved, if they will agree to reduce their numbers. If they will not, it is to our advantage to help them die off ASAP, so that world wide plagues don't get started amongst such castoffs.

It is virtually a certainty that before the old employer started an actual suit, they sent the offender a "cease and desist" letter. So it's not like he was unaware of the risk of continued competition with his old company. A lawyer was almost certainly consulted (if not, then the guy's an idiot). If competant, the lawyer warned the guy that he could lose a lot by continuing. If the guy chose to continue, the loss is one he knew he risked. Now, if the lawyer said it's not a prob, the guy should sue the lawyer for malpractice.

"Rights" are what Mao MEANT when he said that "power comes out of the barrel of a gun". Babies have "rights" because adults say that they do, and they back that saying up with lethal force. You offend those baby rights at the risk of your life, just like if you offend the rights of adults. People without the means to make aggressors die/be maimed have no "rights", they only have whatever the aggressors choose to let them have.
