You can't make this stuff up folks: "The Senate also overwhelmingly supported a measure that will make it harder to force a bill to be read aloud in the Senate chamber" http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2011/01/27/senate-bans-secret-holds-makes-other-rule-changes/ FTA~ The lopsided 92-4 vote came after weeks of wrangling...wonder who the 4 were. Considering how Congress REALLY works, the qualifier of advanced reading doesn't mean much.
