Succinct summation of PC

I ran across this quote in the comments of a post in Kim du Toit's blog:

I recall reading in the classic DEMOCRACY IN AMERICA that one of our great strengths was our constantly talking about things political. PC, and the liberal ban against political discussion in their idea of “polite” society is of course an attempt to shut that down.

This isn't new material to Objectivists, but I like the brevity and clarity of it.
