McGroarty
I just returned from the polling place. It was pretty empty. I didn't have to wait to vote, and there were even open parking spaces right by the door. Where I live in Chicago, there are Kerry/Edwards and Obama signs up and down my street. However, when I looked at my street list at the polling place, there were only two registered voters among us. Despite all that signage, one or two people are going to make a decision for all these others. In the end, action always wins out over words. Get out there. If any Bush supporters in this forum haven't voted yet, do it now. Don’t let Kerry win.
Chumley
If any Bush supporters in this forum haven't voted yet, do it now. Don’t let Kerry win. Done. At 7:15 this morning. I was in line at 6:10 AM. It was a relief to get it over with! How long until the 2008 campaign starts?

I missed the registration... the guilt was enormous. But today I discovered the beauty of provisional ballots! (so I have somewhat redeemed myself) At least now it's not a question of how much money to donate to ARI to clear my conscience.
