My own comment, which I left this morning: "Ahh, we finally have even Randall endorsing faith-based science. Note the lack of an attempt to actually refute the philosopher's claims, which could have easily been done." I took offense to the idea that science thinks it doesn't depend on philosophy and can overrule it. (Mostly because my anti-philosophy roommate showed it to me, and given that context, it meant that moreso to me.) But in the end, I just decided to laugh at it.
