Several victims were not intended but were assistants to the targeted party. Yes, there could very well be many more victims. CIA may have understood very early that an MK victim was mailing the bombs, based on the victims selected. The motivation to sweep his hits against perps under the rug would have been very strong as they would want the case understood as one crazy man unconnected to anything else. You don't know that he didn't target the program director. You know that there is no public information about the director being targeted. Trauma-based MK Ultra mind control is brutally inhumane. I've read up on the program a little bit. It involves inflicting unbearable pain and abuse until the victim dissociates from the experience and the core personality shatters, whereupon new personalities (plural) may be programmed in. Of course, the mainstream reports are that he was merely "interviewed intensely," yelled at, "challenged."

For one, he was mailing bombs to people for decades without a peep from him regarding motivation. That was a big part of what animated the story during those decades: not just that no one knew who was doing it, but that no one knew the motivation. No one could explain why the particular victims were selected. From my recollection of those decades no one ever suggested it was a general attack against technocracy (as we were later told was his motivation all along). It didn't look like that and no one thought that. He was a literal genius, so definitely smart enough to understand that all of that bombing effort and risk could do nothing toward fighting technocracy if the public didn't make that connection. Those decades of behavior are not consistent with a motivation to change the world by punishing people for promoting technology, but they were consistent with resolving a personal matter.

I can't see voting machine software code. I did see enormous discrepancies in objective manifestations of support, in the 2020 general election and in the 2020 Dem primaries. Bernie had been filling large venues for years, Biden was a big fat zero. A lot of people talked about it when Obama chose him for the 2008 campaign. People were dumbfounded. In government his whole life, never achieved anything of note and no one liked him. Obama's win was no surprise, the enthusiasm of the voters was evident in his rallies and people from all walks of life wanted him. When Biden was rising in the primaries and all the Dems were dropping out I couldn't find anyone, anyone at all, who wanted Biden. The problem is that it is not just a legal entity. Rather, it is a government entity, empowered with government functions and powers, and controlled by a single corporation. That corporation obtained that special privilege in the '60s by corrupting the Florida legislature. Let's be clear—Disney is not some free market hero who fought government and improved property rights for all. Rather, they bribed and corrupted a state legislature to gain exemptions from law, special privileges and their own local government, for themselves. That is not capitalism, it is crony-statism.

The modus operandi is to under-cover recruit vulnerable people to participate in what they are told will be a violent crime. Basically, entrap some highly suggestible and evil people who then in fact do their part in what they think will be a big violent crime, then arrest them. There is never any chance of the event taking place because every element of its execution (aside from the entrapped persons) is made up, doesn't exist. Then they tell the public it was a real conspiracy with a real chance of coming to fruition but they stopped it and saved lives.
