softwareNerd
This post is to demonstrate the use of the "spoiler" BBCODE. Sometimes one includes spoilers in posts about movies, books and so on. Now, when you do so, you can put the spoiler text within a open-tag and close-tag that say "spoiler". When you are typing a post, you'll see a "Quick Access" box on the left that gives you quick access to the BBCODE. Using a spoiler will place the text so that it look like a black blob and can only be viewed by highlighting/selecting it, like this ... Don't tell anyone about this feature. DavidOdden
Don't tell anyone about this feature. Well okay, but then wouldn't it be more effective to not post the information , or maybe even post it in white?
RationalBiker
What if the whole post is one long spoiler? It may appear as simply a blank post if done in white. But since the post background colors rotate, white will have some minor visibility on some posts.
