JASKN
Michigan House rep gives his opening statement on the healthcare reform. Based on his Wikipedia article, he's mixed, like all politicians seem to be, but at least he said this:

Howard Roark
song gives a nice message, and the video is adorable, except for the way the giant is depicted, but that's not important.

dadmonson
Here is an excellent old interview of a youthful, enthusiastic Bill Gates explaining how he envisions the future of his company, Microsoft. There is also an interview with Clair Sinclair included in this video, he gives a polar opposite view of what the future holds. I guess we all know who was right! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0qNVe024RvI Edited September 28, 2009 by dadmonson

Thales
This is a 1949 video titled "Meet King Joe". It explains the reason for the world wide economic advantages of Americans over those in other countries. What I think everyone should observe is how much further ahead Americans were then in comparison to now. While I know part of the reason is the fact that other countries have caught up, the primary reason is our loss in freedoms since then. While I'm not a big fan of this style of cartoon, the content makes it well worth watching. This is how amazing America used to be.
